This is a service to allow a refund to a completed payment made by a payer. The funds will be returned to whatever payment method (credit card, fpx, eWallet) that the payer initially used to make the payment.
A refund can be made either
- Full refund – 100% of the amount paid is returned to the payer.
- Partial refund – Partial of the amount paid is returned to the payer. Multiple partial refunds can be made as long as the total refunded amount not exceeded the amount paid.
