3.1 Add Card

This is a service to allow merchant buyers to add a valid credit card to the system. One-Time Password (OTP) require or not will be depend on which payment application has been subscribed in the merchant account.

If it is required OTP, cardholder has to complete a successful One-Time Password (OTP) authentication in order to a credit card.
