For Developer

How do I send the parameters to CardBizPay?

Parameters are typically sent through API calls to CardBizPay’s endpoint. Ensure that you include all required fields as specified in CardBizPay’s API documentation, using the correct HTTP methods (GET or POST) as outlined.

You may need to provide merchant information, API credentials, and configuration settings such as callback URLs. Consult with CardBizPay’s onboarding documentation for a comprehensive list.

Request URLs are the endpoints to which you send transaction data for processing. Response URLs (or callback URLs) are where CardBizPay sends the transaction status updates back to your system.

CardBizPay should offer a sandbox environment where you can test various transaction scenarios. Use test credentials provided and simulate various responses (e.g., success, failure) to ensure your system handles them correctly.

Specific amounts are recommended for testing scenarios. Check with CardBizPay if they provide exact values for testing different transaction responses.

This may be due to an incorrect configuration, such as an invalid API key, URL mismatch, or other integration issues. Verify your setup and refer to the troubleshooting section in the integration guide.

This error usually occurs when the return URL (post-transaction redirect) is not correctly configured. Ensure that the return URL is accurate and that it’s registered within CardBizPay’s settings for your merchant account.

After testing in the sandbox environment, perform a few live transactions in a controlled environment to confirm that payments are correctly processed, and status updates are received without issues.

These details can usually be updated in the merchant portal or through a request to CardBizPay’s support. Some parameters may also be configurable via API, depending on the permissions provided.

Avoid reloading the page or pressing the ‘Back’ button as this may interrupt the transaction process or lead to duplicate entries. Wait for the system to complete the process and redirect you.

Yes, you should have access to a query endpoint in the CardBizPay API where you can manually check the payment status based on the transaction ID. This can help in cases where the initial callback did not reach your server.
